Membership Achievement Awards

FCCLA Chapters come in all shapes and sizes. Be recognized for all your recruitment success! FCCLA's recognition program accounts for diversity -
all chapters that affiliate with their state and national headquarters by March 1, 2012 are eligible for recognition in one or more of these categories.

Membership Achievement Award for Chapters

Recognizes: FCCLA chapters Requirement: Affiliate on the state and national levels 100% of those students enrolled in the Adviser's own FACS classes at your school.

Procedure:

1.	Affiliate online.
2.	By April 1, 2012 via FCCLA website.
3.	Have school's administration verify that names submitted are indeed 100% of those enrolled in FACS classes.

Recognition:

•	Name on Membership Section of FCCLA website and at the 2012 National Leadership Conference.

Membership Achievement Award for Members

Recognizes:	FCCLA Members
Requirement:	Members get three new members.

Procedure:

Current FCCLA members recruit at least three new members who affiliate at the state and national levels. The current FCCLA member is responsible in insuring that the new member is active and has attended at least two local, state, regional, and/or national meetings, events or activities.

Submit, by April 1, 2012 your name for recognition by:

•	Signing on to www.fcclainc.org
•	Going to the "Membership Achievement Award" form for members;
•	Completing and submitting the form as instructed.

Recognition:

•	Name on membership section of FCCLA website and at the 2012 National Leadership Conference.

Membership Achievement Award for Advisers

Best Use of a National Program as a Membership Recruitment, Retention and Recognition Activity

Recognizes:	FCCLA Chapter Advisers
Requirement:	Using the FCCLA Planning Process, Chapter Advisers must demonstrate how one national program was used to incorporate the 3 R's of membership.

Procedure:

1.	Submit via website application. Deadline is April 1, 2012.
2.	Applications will be judged by a panel of peers.
3.	The grand prize winner and 9 runners-up will be announced May 1, 2012.

Recognition:

•	One winner will receive one adult registration reimbursement to a nationally sponsored meeting of his or her choice (Offer expires on the deadline for the following year National Leadership Conference). Recipient must present proof of purchase for reimbursement.)
•	Winner and runners-up will have their names and ideas listed on the national FCCLA website.
