NEW MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION PROCESS

FCCLA has moved all of its membership information to a new online database, and Alumni & Associates is following suit.  In addition, we will be phasing out the current A&A website (www.fcclaalumni.org), and this means that the way you purchase and renew membership will change. Please follow the steps outlined below to get familiar with the new process.

  • If you are currently a dues-paying member with a membership expiration date after January 1, 2013, you do not need to re-register.  All of your membership information has been transferred to the new system.  You can check your registration status by entering your email address into the field located at this website

  • If your membership will expire before January 1, 2013, you will need to create an account in the new system.  Instructions for how to do so can be found here

Alumni & Associates Council

In accordance with the FCCLA Strategic Plan, and our growing needs for Alumni & Associates, national FCCLA is re-creating an Alumni & Associates Council (AAC).  The council will be comprised of seven (7) Alumni & Associates members, and will serve as the decision-making and programmatic planning body for Alumni & Associates.  Members of the Alumni & Associates Council will be chosen by application, which will include sections for applicants to express their ideas for A&A programming and showcase previous experience and involvement in FCCLA.  Those who are chosen to serve on the AAC will be selected based on the quality of their applications as determined by members of national staff, with a consideration placed on when they were members of FCCLA to involve a large age range on the council. Members of the AAC will serve for two-year terms, and will meet via teleconference once every month.  If you are interested in applying to the AAC, download the application here, and please direct any questions to alumni@fcclainc.org.  Appplications are due by Tuesday, January 15th, 2013 at 11:59 PM EST.
