In an emergency:

1. Make note of the location of the fire exits in the hallways of the sleeping rooms. There should be an emergency chart located on the inside of each guest room door showing the closest exit. In the meeting area, make note of the exits from rooms and from the building to the outside.
2. In the event of smoke, fire, or fire alarm in the guest rooms or meeting facilities, exit the building immediately. Remain calm and use the closest exit to outside. Do not use the elevators.
3. In the event of an emergency, pick up the nearest house phone and dial 0. This will be an internal emergency number. The hotel operator will pick up immediately and dispatch security. Please be prepared to give the details and nature of the emergency including your location.

Note: If attendees use transportation other than the complimentary shuttle from Regan National Airport to the Hilton Crystal City Hotel, they will be responsible for those costs.

For Cars and Vans:

The Hilton Crystal City Hotel provides self-parking with in and out privileges. The daily rate is $18. Special arrangements for motor coach parking should be made directly with the hotel (space will be limited and must be arranged in advance).

More than 50 Amtrak and commuter trains travel between Washington, D.C.'s Union Station and the BWI rail station Monday-Friday.
