All reservation requests must be made at your state’s assigned hotel with deposit no later than May 15, 2013.
To make reservations, you must either complete the FCCLA Housing Form or submit the official Rooming List Template. All reservations must be accompanied with a deposit of one night’s room and tax before reservations will be confirmed. Telephone reservations will not be accepted
It is important that all conference delegates use the official conference hotel. The Board of Directors has implemented the following policy:
Delegates who live more than 30 miles from the convention site and do not stay in one of the official convention hotels will be assessed a conference room fee of $25 per registration in order to register for the conference.
Delegates from state associations attending the national conference and not staying at one of the official convention hotels may not participate in National STAR Events or be eligible to be elected for a national office.
The 2013 National Leadership Conference headquarter hotel is the Gaylord Opryland. Additional hotels may be added based on conference housing needs. Hotel updates will be posted on the FCCLA national website, communicated to state advisers, and included in the bi-monthly e-Adviser. All registered conference attendees are eligible to take advantage of the FCCLA negotiated hotel room rate.
