Youth Leaders » Ultimate State Officer Academy - (USA) The FCCLA Ultimate State Officer Academy (USA) was created to equip FCCLA officers with advanced skills, experiences, tools, and the support network to successfully carry out the important duties of state office. Leadership is an ongoing experience and so is the training necessary to achieve the high standards expected by those you serve. FCCLA USA is conducted in four phases; Phase I – Officership, Phase II – Capitol Leadership, Phase III – Maximum Leadership, and Phase IV – Mentorship. Each phase centers on the family of state officers, the community of leaders, the specific career skills needed to succeed, and the mentorship you will provide to future generations of FCCLA officers. We salute you for taking the extra step to exceptional FCCLA leadership by participating in the USA Leadership Training. With your effort, energy, involvement, and ideas—you’ll be ready to lead the members of your state to the ultimate leadership experience!
